 need help..how to tighten excess skin

hi..i have a problem regarding to my excess skin...b4 3years ago my weight around 120 kg..and now my weight are 75 kg..to achieve this i was doing not properly diet program which is less eating and lot of exercise..so, the result was my skin are little bit excess not too excessive...
my question is:
what is the best natural way to solve this problem...do i need to increase muscle weight...tq.. icon_question.gif

erm...
only allow yourself to lose like 500pound that's like 450 gms per week to give the ksin times to retract. doing too fast will get lose skin,

now it's either gain muscle mass or get surgery or gain back fat? idk
i say go for muscle mass

i guess u got calculation prob
1kg = 2.2 pound, not 11 pound

dont bring the topic out of the context
basically what im trying to say is try not to lost over 453.59 gm if you really want to be so "accurate".

and yes 500 calories deficit everyday.

to be honest i really dont know, some how in the back of my head it's always like Half a kilo or something.

As a shortcut we just take 1 kilo to be 2 pounds to make division easy!

In fact 1kg=2.2Lbs
