Does playing games in "offline mode" in steam able to unlock achievements?

But there's still a possibility of getting Valve coupons right?

but for some games when u go online after playing offline game..those achiv will upload itself to steam server and they will unlock on your steam account

Coal can be traded, so create many idle accounts, and trade all the coals to your main account.

I suggest you all better dun do this.
Steam is not stupid to let ppl create multi account and trade coal to 1 main account.
once traced, sure ban, that time you even lose more.
I rather follow their rules than put my account in danger.

just becareful creating that many idle acc. steam will know

got trading history

go to steam inv look at the top right hand corner "view inv history"

everything you trade will be log

and steam can revoke your trading privilege aka banned you from trading forever and you will have this orange tag "Banned"

no i dont think that is from holiday gift event. the picture shows he only finished 1 objective. and one of the gifts in the inventory is 50% valve game.

Not worth to jeopardize your steam account for this purpose. Think about it, do you think Steam will let somebody bypass the loophole just like that? I mean their client has all that stuff to detect your hardware, log your behaviour etc. Surely it's cakewalk for them to trace alternate account for "cheating" purpose.
