Just screw to the casing screw. Safety first.

Honestly, I already install 70++ downlights without connect the earth....

It is very tired to re-install all again....

If it is not a necessary and don't have any bad effects, I hope to ignore them..

Only finish up than you ask?

You don't know when the bad effect happen till it too late. Don't compromise with the safety.

The whole metal casing is the earth. That is why no earth wire. You just need to attach the earth wire to the casing 1 of the screw.

When there is leakage, it go through the casing to the earth.
