QUOTE(kizwan @ Aug 3 2013, 10:12 PM)
OctoberFly, I hope your cat get better soon. My 6 months old male cat died last Wednesday (sorry I don't want to go any details). It's the saddest day of my life. So, I really hope your cat get better soon.

My other 6 months old cat (sibling to the male cat) also very sensitive with food, especially fish. She will get diarrhea the next day & sometime her anus also red. Any time I gave her boiled chicken, she will get better. So, for the moment I gave her boiled chicken, in addition to kibble.

By the way, how long not to give your cat any food but glucose water? 24 hours?

I'm sorry to hear that. I had a male cat (my very first pet) that passed away after a horrible lung infection too. I still feel so heart pain even after more than 5 years. i hope they're all now in a better place with no pain

the vet says until the diarrhea is gone sad.gif I'm not sure but my cat seems uncomfortable right now. cannot even sleep in peace. keep switching places to sleep. ahhh.. cry.gif

can someone recommend a good dry and wet food for persian kitten, tq in advance smile.gif

i always recommend blackwood for dry food. what i heard is that super premium food like royal canin is actually overpriced and nothing better than normal premium like blackwood. her long fur fall less... eventhough it's still shedding everyday. and what i notice after feeding my cat blackwood is that her fur got longer and longer. not sure if that's a good thing but whatever makes her happy laugh.gif

my cats hate aims and science plan.

i'm not very good in wetfood but once awhile my mom would give my cat boneless boiled/steamed chicken.

hi,

My cat has been infected with Sporotrichosis, the problem is he dont want to eat medicine,

Is there any alternative? like injection? if have, please do recommand any vets near s.alam, KL.

thanks smile.gif

I think every cat wouldn't eat medicine willingly. There's a way to feed them. I did that with my cat. You have to open up her jaw and drop the medicine at the back of the tongue. It's not as forceful as it sounds but maybe it's just my cat.
