my 2 months old lumia's earpiece recently failed. no sound. sent to HQ warranty centre in Amcorp Mall on Mon. i asked the CS girl if this is a common prob. she said yes (with Nokias in general).

now with the long holiday week coming, god knows when i'll get my phone back.
