new black Lumia 710 user reporting.

Check the USB cable if it is inserted firmly.
Mine is quite hard to insert the charger cable, but for data cable o.k. the socket at the phone is a bit out.
it deend on the hole at the phone and the build of the cable.
try again.

for those who are using Hotlink prepaid with this phone,
please check.
after upgrade to 8773, when you make a phone call and terminate it beforer the other pick up, it still charges for 3 second usage (RM0.39 debited).

On the other hand my partner who is also on hotlink prepaid call me, I did not pick up the call and he terminate it, he also got charged with 3 seconds usage (RM0.39).

I deleted the network setup, the problem resolved, meaning no more charges for the above situation.

Are you guy having the same charges.

P/S for internet I use wifi (YTL YES). but it got nothing to do with it as i set to no data usage.
