LoL; Me too, I still thinking what to write. Unlike N9, I got soo many things to write, so many ideas, etc.
I think what we can write the most is the "People Hub" feature; other than that, I think nothing much to write as it's all very common, just depend how you write/express.

I got worst response than you; When I pass a long, I got negative or not-so-good feedback, as most of my friends are smartphone users who desire the flexibility and customization; using this they feels downgraded/backdated and frustrated and told me, what to write? LoL. But, as the requirement,  I tell them they just need to write what's the feature they like most.
It's a love hate relationship. It's nice but the restrictions and limitations is not nice, frustrating. It's so not Microsoft.
As I said in other place, the Mango is sweet, but also sour when you taste more.
Just ask them to focus what they like and write about it. The requirement is just to write what they like most.

Indeed i agree whether you can live with it but i usually create a scenario to them and a similar thing like the windows phone challenge how fast can you reply a msn message? or facebook message? How fast do you take to access an individual facebook photo album? How fast it takes for you to post in mutli social network? How fast does it takes for you to access your camera ? after i show them. I show my entire portfolio in 4 seconds and i show my portfolio photo album in 5 seconds. Their response was Walau got so fast meh? Then i said dont believe try it on your phone and after that tried on mine.

The camera the people i approach said they heard review said its crappy. I immediately take a photo and show them do you believe the real thing or review?

My opinion is you dont educate first you present the message first then when they get the message you educate. The OS have many flaws but we talked what it does best first then when they will bring the negativity thats when you educate them.  We must understand they are already educated with their phone u come in and educate of course he prefer what he have or something else. Every OS have their flaws.

This phone is designed for simplicity and informative
Then I ask them back u paid 2k and i got my info in 5 seconds after 10 seconds they still loading Facebook. Conclusion is let's not compare what OS let's different OS be unique in their own way .
