one lumia 710 user here got it (not me), updated with tango and tethering when he got it back from nokia care.
so i guess send your 800's to nokia care and ask them to update for you?  |

guys, what is your battery max capacity when you look through the diagnostic app ? mine dropped to ~1200mAh only.
 and my phone tend to get really really hot, even when just put in pocket only. is it battery problem? does the warranty cover it? and btw my phone is around 3-4 months only, can't remember exactly how long. |
