I notice a problem with the camera, if the subject is not big enough, the camera tends to focus onto the background. It may not be noticeable on smaller screen, try zooming in or view in larger screen.

Example:
Try focus and capture your hand, you should notice the Focus Point is very wide, wider than your hand. Focus and capture, then review the photo and zoom in; Did it focus on your hand or the background?
I tested Macro and Normal mode, all focused onto the background.

it just happen to me last night. tried power on for about 15 minutes still cannot. plug in the charger also cannot.

then tried again after 30 minutes with charger plugged in, it power on.
and then today, suddenly it went off and comeout low batt picture while it was 99%.

oh yeah, same thing happen to me. at first not connected to wifi, checked the wifi setting it's turned off and cannot be enable. tried shut down, then thats it. have to wait then can power on.

If your Lumia somehow hangs or cannot wake (black screen - but have power), as we can't remove the battery, you can try below steps:

1. Hold down the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time.
2. Wait for the phone to pulse vibrate three times.
3. The phone should now reboot.

That's bad, try put in on charger, plugout and plugin and see got charge or not.
You Lumia went dead after low batt? If yes, it could be it didn't charge, previously I also like that... I put on charger for few hours, but not sure got charge or not cause no LED notification.
When I try to start can't, then I try press the button multiple times, press and hold, whatever combination, plugout and plugin charger... Lucky suddenly the phone vibrate then I wait.... finally got show big battery icon with red bar on screen charging...

If your phone went dead because of low batt and cannot start, then I think others should becareful not to let the Lumia went dead due to low batt.

If you send to NCC, then you need to quickly change your password for all your social services, emails, etc... But they still can access your current contacts, photos, videos, etc.
