well....first of all would like to say i am so damned happy to have found this forum...been searching for a malaysian forum on computing for ages now....been at overclock.net for so long longing for malaysian site...

anyhow wanted to add my piece of mind to this thread....i agree that those idiots at sri at really full of bs and crappy at best....but of course there are some good ppl in low yat...

just to relate my experience....i bought a sapphire radeon 9800pro card from place called cy... some time ago and when i arrived in jb (where i used to live) the card died after several days...then what i do? i call this btw name of w.. and ask him if he can help...he says send the card and we'll give u a replacement if the card is really dead...i courier the card to him from jb...it arrives the next morning and then the guy checks the card and in the evening dhl picks up my new replacement card which i can verify is true from them and delivers it back to me the very next day....

can u believe that? i was amazed...from there on all my dealings are with him... i have also bought stuff from him from afar and all the money goes into his account after which the courier picks up my goods....guess have spent close to rm7000 with him just last 6 months....

thats service but of course not everbody does it...check and check well the ppl...when u buy something double and triple check the goods and leave the place only after u r satisfied...u dont want to return there with problems....if u do all argument must be for u and not the shopowners...its ur right in any case...
