Frankly, I also feel the same. I only goto SRI to buy specific components which is cheaper than other shops, WHICH I DON'T NEED TO ASK THEIR PPL.
(1) go in
(2) look around, grab item
(3) pay
(4) *chow*

Not a word spoken.

If I'm buying mobo/processor/RAM/etc... I'll goto other shops on the same floor. Better customer service.

Well, how I get into this... I was at the row selling PSU, USB, headsets, all the way to cables, printers, speakers. Tried asking several sales ppl, none was helpful. Either say don't know, or walk past me as I'm invisible. But then keep on following me like I'm going to steal their things. However, the best-of-the-worse among them... I would say the printer guy. At least he tries to sell me some inkjets printers, when I'm asking for the inks.

I didn't ask for a discount though. Wasting time to discount RM1-5, the parking and my time is more valuable.

Might be a blessing in disguise. Let all the >10 ppl go... don't counter offer. Then hire new ppl. Hopefully they have better attitude towards customer
