lol...just to add some more salt....since imbi time i dun go sri.....last time my fren wan ask rma took dem long and the face...like got hutang his dad....zzz....

i wonder y ppl still go sri...maybe becoz they see its big and lotsa staff...i think their strategy is hire as many staff as they can....so the shop looks a bit sebuk....u know la pasar malam mentality of human....

if u go pasar malam and eventually ull came across a stall tat is no ppl at all....ok try tis....u n ur fren like 3 ppl...try go there and see wat they sell..i mean jz stay at the stall....later on.....to ur suprise...more and more ppl will come and take a look....try it....

same goes wif sri i guesss.....i can say sum of the hired staff dunno a shite....i go ask sumthing oso they dunno...just sit behind counter and when u ask....dun hav tis n tat....if they see u like dunno a thing bout pc..then kena chop la u....suggest tis n tat....but then when wan claim warranty...the face...like wanna kena pijak one....if u ask too much then theyll oso give ur tulan face....zzzz...

anyway...just imagine their complaint thread is like 26 pages....lol abit par to cycom "gigi got boyfren o not" thread which is not a complaint thread lol....do the math....

err.....dun lidat lah ppl... @lailaikatong is just voicing out his opinion mah...and his preferences...and his experience to share wif us....so dun go bang him kao kao...not his fault wat sri do sux to most ppl...no offend ar lailaikatong...i hope u happy wif ur choice...if u r happy then ur choice ur money wat...

..but to most of us...sri do sux...haha..maybe cuz we had bad experience or we just hav our own prefered store...like u said...if theres a good relationship between buyer and customer...why not...rite...

guyz u can put it tis way lah...9 ppl says sri sux...and at least 1 ppl say he is happy wif the shop...so ratio is 9:1...in percentage u can say tat Sri sux 90%...at least its not sux 100% rite...

as for me...i hav a good relationship wif cycom guyz like ah wan and ah liew...i knew em since imbi time and tat time LYP lvl 2 oni got cycom, and compuzone...other shop still empty...till now i always buy from cycom...cuz...easy for me to rma /upgrade/watsoever...price wise....nonid to say anything these guyz edi cut for me...potong here n there is enuf for me bigger price bigger potong...small stuff oso got potong....at least still their margin border la...

even other place can give less more 5-10 bucks i still dun mind...cuz the rma warranty will be smooth like water....for me at least...

i tot at shop sri staff oni lidat ...at forum oso the same lol...i tot sri can get a bit reputation from me if the staff is here...well...however it loses more of my respect which is oredi depleting...

call customer stupid here n there...sumtime we wan to do a survey...ask here n there see where can get better deal...if ur shop really provide good service n price....then u wont be bother if ppl come ask then leave...cuz eventually after they finish survey will come back to get the thing...but if 1 question edi to fend them off...how in the hell ppl will come back to buy from u after he finish survey the stuff...

...i myself...will come back to the best shop tat i trust...be it price or after sales...but mostly is due to after sales...even if new shop but the sales person gave me a good service ill come back to shop more from him...

rma shit no comment...but normally i wont die waiting for it...cuz when the shop said in 1 month i give it +- 1 week...and normally itll be settle by then...dun say 1 month then cannot make it...know ur capabilities...if 3 months say 3 months and xplain to the customer...dun give blackface while explaining...

...he got the message weve been trying to tell bout SRI...so dun push him anymore...its good tat he is ok wif wat we said...and we too shud tolerate...

if not how do biz...

@roycheng...hope u cud at least let others SRI staff to be aware bout which part shud be improved....if theres any room for it...and if its not too much...

on the contrary i went there last week and grabbed myself a Razer ExactMat+ExactRest since after sum survey around i found tat they offer the cheapest one...and the staff at the mouse spot is quite helpful altho he could be better if he smile ...anyway like i said if u hav better deal ill definetely get it from u...but the cashier at counter there din believe me even the staff there gave me discount...hav to ask the guy again....demmit like i wanna tipu...

hmmm....welll ever heard of the bigger the size the bigger the chances of getting errors...so the bigger ur shop the more better qc u need to minimizes errors....anyway...ive had good n bad exp there tho...
