Yes, but it's not because I didn't want to pay. it;s more like the workers there don't care about me wanting to buy the things. Yes, I might not want to buy many things, but I'm still a customer. I was very peeved at the time and also I was short on time to go find another shop.

Let me tell u one experienced here.We used our CCTV and able to get a thief who stole  one of our staff's H/P .

We know one of inspector that regularly came to our shop.We asked him for help with the prove of C.C.T.V.

That kind inspector called the thief and said to him " U can go into jail anytime ,I give u time to return back to his owner later by today". And the thief very soon asked his freind help by delivery back to our staff.

Not really apply to all lar .

lol.. funny la.. i've taken some fan screws from them before.. i asked nicely at first.. they said ask inside.. i asked.. the ppl inside told me to ask outside.. so went out and asked at the counter.. the asked me to look at where the cheap rm5 fans n fan grills are.. i take a look (no one came to help me look) but i wasn't there.. so i went to the counter again n told them i can't find it.. they said "ada.. carik la".. so i went back to the cheap fans.. ripped open a few plastics and took some screws.. end of story

Not surprise actually. My friend went to a CC and broke their LCD, quietly pay and cabut. Next day, they call up and ask to pay. Don't know where the hell they get my friend phone number. 

As far as i remember never had problem coz i never bought expensive items there. Just some annoying case when asking about stuff. . I got the info from other forumer here in many thread like this since 2003/2004 who have had bad experinced with the shop.

I bought my Evo7 from there. The indian staff just serve me nicely and explain from Evo 5, Evo 7 and others sonic gear speaker.

The staff quite nice except the counter at the front door. the salesgal is pretty lansi. i pay her money, she never smile , look or even a simple greet : Thank you.

But i like sri komputer is because i can compare and touch those hardware before buying it. Spending more Ringgit(1-10) is still okay for me.

I had the opportunity, everyone does, but its not worth the risk. For something worth a few hundred bucks, you want to risk masuk penjara ?

for the forumers, the price cant discount much(or discount a few ringgit)its a branded one like microsoft or logitech like that(smaller profit margin), other brands can consider higher discount but not on mouse or keyboard. depends on your experience of shopping and you may state out the price you want to purchase. some good happy face one of course you may get a higher discount,those fierce uncle--sorry la...

when you need recommendation of pc, you may ask from different sales man as comparison. some may have experience and some are new staff. dont aspect them to know everything but of course, again, dont bargain on something which only have profit to the goods about rm2 or 3. if you wan electronics stuff(power adapter,converter,plug,screwdriver), its better to go to jalan pasar(pudu) as lowyat basically sell computer stuff cheaper.

there are up and down for the pricing as sometimes the supplier give different price to the shop,so if you are lucky in the cheaper shop,grab the stuff! PC fair,lazy to go... KLCC=jam.
