my boss bought a hard disk, 120GB from them, and within 1 year, it spoil, then send back for waranty, but then that sri comp didnt do anything to it, just keep it for 2 months, then tell my boss it is ok 1...
then my boss test it, and found it is still spoil 1, and send back again....
then the guy in sri comp told my boss it is not warranty anymore since it is more than 1year already, .....so beware to buy thing or send thing back to sri comp for waranty....cannot trust 1

i went there to exchange a A4tech mouse i bought which is spoilt.
It was within a week from the date of purchase.

They ask me alot of questions like i dunno how to operate a mouse.

Eventually, exchange new 1 for me by wearing their black face.

WTF.
