It's hardly rocket science. Just pop open the case, affix screws and attach cables. Google for instructions. I'd charge him RM15 so he'd have some incentive to overcome stupidity.
And it hardly corresponds to mass-murder by a superpower. Have you an inability to keep things in perspective?
