sri comp is the lousiest pc shop in low yat. really hate them. wonder why still got license to trade? should complaint to ministry of trades!!!

nah sri is the largest shop at LYP, sure ego sikit 1, n u nvr work at LYP, long hours low paid n tired

sri comp's service really sucks.....and some of them really need some updates.
i remember got 1 time when i with my friend go look for an athlon 64 venice, one of the staff (dunno is new staff onot) telling us that why buy venice, venice is very hot and bla bla bla, juz suitable for gaming only, telling us to buy prescott.......very cold bla bla bla......and of coz they tell us oso bcoz of this prescott is sold at a higher price.....u c dam liar
another time was whan i was looking a 5600rpm 80gb laptop hard disk for my friend at uk. he insisted want seagate w/o casing. then went to ask them, thel sell at the price of 400 something, then telling me that they only sell it with casing, if not they charge another 20 more......shit......summore telling me to buy a samsung abt 300 something, veli cheap la, nice la bla bla bla, then i repeat that i only want seagate, others dont want, they only tell me that they only have western d.......starting say like they got seagate, then dunno y ended up say no seagate.....

i concur. cycom's customer service is AAA+++++++++!!!!!

for me bcoz lowyat got air comp, not need work outside with rain, parking ticket, sumore outside even a U Graduate Candidate also jobless ler now.

i work b4 in lowyat la mainly notebook sales and service.beginning i am very aggresive but after 3 month getting "lazy".actually cause i already fate up with customer,only know ask cheapest price,free gift.but when we try to explain,they refuse to listen.or after u explain so much,and they consider to buy,still come back to same topic,price...so conclusion give price only lo....u can save the explanation time to serve others customer,grabe more sales instead of waste time to explain but still will goother shop to compare price.

so when customer come ask a model,i just give price and i dont explain anything.i thing many agree with me.low yat sales staff become price answer machine only...hehe!!!!!!!

i had show a few sri com staff of tis page, i think they will slowly improve, so just buy them sumtime to improve loh.

my case lagi teruk... i buy CM Silent UV-reactive fan from there sengaja go kacau the uncle working there cos already read u all say the staff donno shit... so i ask him "this one under UV light can glow ar?" he told me "no, no this one cannot glow, no LED one seeeeee"... idiot probably donno how to read English...

sri computer are really f*ckers lah...dat time i buy my logitech mouse rm200..not until 1 mth already rosak...my fren buy keyboard oso rosak...n the latest...usb hub...look very innocent one..rm35 only..end up kenot work..short circuit my comp summore, corrupted my thumb drive..i think this shop purposely sell defect stuff to earn more $$...rather go to ALL IT supermarket man..bunch of m*ther f*kers lar...no wonder they put the warranty department in a room under bars...i think too many defects until claim warranty like robbery like dat...
