Details of the complaint : from monday seller said ad post the item to me after i bank in on the monday morning,i keep calling seller but never answer my call and he promise will give me the track code until 25oct 2011.He said that something happen and will give me back the money this morning but i stil din't get any refund yet since he got online in the morning why he doesn't have time to bank in to me???

he is a chinese but his account was malay name..and he told me that is the account holder was that person who traded the camera with him for the mac book..and i trust him..anybody know him???

I think you got to do some action already... no matter how busy a person is, if he promised to refund... he would do it...

Every conman also promise to refund but didn't do so. What makes you think he's the only one using that method?

His old dupe already award dispute tag and successfully con at least 2 ppl before. I remember i already got the acc holder details before under name SITI AISYAH MOHD RAWI but this time he use other fella account. I suspect this guy will only use other ppl account to cheat.

So, its really a time for police report. And dont wait.

this guy totally is a pro scammer..he trying to showing some trustful seller information and coming to scam at the last and create a new acc gain...

i can comfirm tat is kok chun yen..he stated tat he have a 0163200213 also..and i tried to ask ppl who have deal with him before..he is a thin guy wearing spec and most probably is upm student..and i called his old number 0163200213..unexpected he is using it and on his phone..

guys, i have also deal with his tan85ill, also about the same time with ISSAC.
I transferred him the money, after few days ask if he posted already or not.
He said posted; but did not provide me tracking number.

AND no response till now.

I'm wondering how could he manage to have so many malay friends' bank account

possibilities as below:

1. paid some money to them and get the bank account.
2. buy something from them(bank account owner) and ask victims bank in to them then get the things from them(bank account owner).
3. he has someone work inside bank and take the money from those inactive account.

At least you still get back your money minus rm 100 you promised him. You can't simple accuse someone without proofs .
