Please be very carefull when subscribing to this company as these are some situations that I have experienced & would like to share.

1. The service provider suspends account abruptly without prior notice or informing the client or even allow the client to take any action to correct the situation before suspending the account. Yes, that is correct... they suspended my account then only sent me an email saying your account has been suspended... No preliminary email such as.. we have detected violation blah bla bla... pls correct those problems or we will have to suspend your account...

Furthermore... I had no prior warnings... only had been using them for less than 30 days and oso like that already.


2. Does not provide a clear "service agreement" document even when requested.


3. Does not update/inform clients when server policies changes. Says that we have to constanly checkback at the company's homepage for updates frequently.


I am most worried about the situation in 1.
This is due to that if say a person is running a site with clients... such actions are can not be accepted!

Jz my two cents... hoping you'll know...
