You can try http://www.datakl.com/. I bought their Datamini plan which is RM60-00 per year came with 2GB storage 25GB monthly bandwidth. You can register a domain with them which I paid RM60 for 2 years (RM30/year) - which I think it is cheap. The process is quite fast after I send the receipt of TT payment to them, just less than 1 hour, I have my domain registered and as well webhost. Once you bought the plan (and domain) you can run the template for BLOG to setup your blog - it is quite easy. p/s no, I don't work with them. I just a satisfy customer.
