QUOTE(SinS @ Jun 18 2012, 02:25 PM) Guys, normally how much it cost to service the throttle body?... Cleaning TB even if use the famous brand 3bond is only RM45.. Fuel filter should be 2x.. reset ecu you can even do it yourself.. remove your battery terminal for few minutes and connect it back.. ECU reset to default. The shop i usually go for engine oil change quote me RM110 for cleaning the TB + Reset ECU + Fuel filter (if not mistaken its)...is this a reasonable price?... As my car is at his workshop right now, so thinking of servicing the TB if the price is okay... |

if i were given that money, i think I would spend on other upgrades. The effect of voltage stabilizer is tooooo minimal or i can say none.. it won't make your car go faster anyway.. 399, you can get your throttle body clean by 3bond, clean sludge in your engine with Lambda primer, clean your injectors with Lambda petrol, and lastly ceramic coating with Liqui Moly Ceratec. I think this would give much more % of performance over a voltage stabilizer.

QUOTE(salimbest83 @ Jul 16 2012, 09:05 AM) nope. that taken when i stop at traffic light. means your car not moving la? means it's in idle lor.. idling rpm very high eh~it light up before that. but when i turn off engine, then on back, that light is gone. Added on July 16, 2012, 9:10 am erm. bout that suddenly engine turn off. happen once before, just seconds after that light turn on. sked woo.. car die in the middle of road. that brake light, no problem. i pull my handbrake on traffic light to snap this picture. Added on July 17, 2012, 12:03 pm QUOTE(arsengal @ Jul 16 2012, 02:44 PM) Its the same thing with brake oil right? I've just got it changed three weeks ago. you better go and check yourself again, who knows your mech doesn't close the brake oil cap properly and it's leaking or wat.. lolWhen the check engine light comes on, that is when the jerking comes on as well. Either it jerks or the throttle just simply went ineffective. Step on the gas pedal, but no respond. Any similar problems like this you've encountered/heard before dude?
