what is over exposure? what cause it?

you can take this kind of photos if you wipe your lens before taking picture
try with diff angles, even with same angle take a few shots make sure its clear not "shake"
sometimes I just compare the photo with what I am seeing in front of me if its not up to expectation retake

better do both gain back the market share that they once  control, imo that the first priority. Imagine what might happen if Nokia come out with N8 like below:

N8-S - Symbian
N8-A-Android
N8-WP-Windows Mobile

maybe their market share will increase
Later if they come out a good hp but less buyer also.. close shop or take over by other company is a posibility 

IMO wait n see first (maybe within a year or 2), seems they have 2 main os symbian/etc name it is and WMP? Apps also important for MOST people, Apple have proof that while for now Android is following the trend and BB also effected.

as for Android part, they built hp = earn $$$ = business , thats y samsung now imo doing what Nokia doing last few years back (come out with sooo many model, tambah this and that walla new model )
