I only 1/2 master it doing macro shooting using NEX-5N 18-55 zoom lens recently haha..Yes not easy esp those running ants.. On NEX 5N, I can't go as close as any digicam or N8 can..not even 12cm on normal none-zoom..So I played wth the zoom & macro filter and ht the target but forgotten that I should do the same using N8. Reason beeing.. Reading too much review that once you digital zoom..reso will dropped..So I don't zoom-in at all no matter on my digicam or N8 except NEX-5N haha

My best none- zoom N8 wth +14 macro filter ..Will try to zoom-in test without macro soon:



Compare this to my best Ants macro wth maz zoom-in & +14 macro filter on NEX5N haha..N8 wth much smaller sensor failed..Anyway, still the best cam phone..

Unker pangur, you also zoom-in macro? Anyway..the middle part abit out of focus..your hand shaking or got wind..haha

@aspire...Yeah I tempted to get an 100mm zoom lens liao but too expensive..that lens more than the price of NEX5N!! Sigh..

BTW..how you know N8 got inbuilt ND filter? Even I'm sourcing now for a ND & CPL filters for my NEX haha

Since N8 have ND filter..and IF Only N8 having shutter speed control (No currently)...We can take white-white running water liao haha..Like this one taken using NEX5N wth ND fiter

He probably mean Anna can do 2-3cm but not Bella? I got no idea bcos even during Anna time I also I fail to get as close as 8cm no need to say 2-3 cm haha...Probably that time I din know we need to zoom-in to the max to get 2-3cm haha
