he got lotsa experiences 

i kena lost item only once, a big box with around 10 BD, i waited for 50 days over & asked for replacement. the replacement took another 30 days, so in total i waited for 80++ days.

today i found out another "weakness" in the pos delivery - AMZ DE is using DHL from GERMAN to Malaysia, then when it arrived MALAYSIA, POSLAJU is gonna deliver us the package. i order 1 box from AMZ DE, they send out on Dec 1st, arrived Penang on Dec 9th, but Penang POs laju never deliver it to me, until today I called DHL customer service, then only found out.  i am gonna to collect it later.

last night i collected my package from poslaju, poslaju claimed that i called them b4 for self collect, so they neber made the delivery. bad service.

anyhow, i am very happy with AMZ DE packing, it came in a big box, after open the big box, they are 6 individual box for every steelbook with bubble wrapping.

all my black friday order has arrived.

yup, to be honest, KL services are getting better, hopefully one fine day, 1 malaysia will be same too.
