I dont really understand, they charge $77.95 and then they will refund back? urgh    someone pls explain in plain english pls.. Simple. Their charge you that amount and at the same time, refund you same amount to your credit card. What you have to lost is your credit card usually charge higher rate when calculate foreign currencies and refund at lower rate when Amazon refund you.
