I just place order from Amazon, then their will send to me to the address I give them. Same like everyone here. Nothing special.

There are 3 type of shipping in Amazon US.

1. Priority Shipping, the most expensive and fastest delivery method. Usually 5 to 6 days to reach Kuching once Amazon US dispatch your parcel. Can track your parcel.

2. Standard shipping, the cheapest and slowest delivery method. Usually 1 week+ to 2 months to reach Kuching depend on your luck. Can't track your parcel.

3. Expedited Shipping, something in between Priority shipping and Standard shipping. Not too familiar with this shipping since use it less than 3 times. Can't track your parcel.

Customs issues hard to say cause I believe, it depend on luck.

I didn't check Jack Sparrow BD in Kuching, can't help you.

I used to use Standard shipping before 1 year ago. But often pissed off by their speed and occasionally MIA. Now, for Amazon US, I use Priority shipping since about 1 year ago. For Amazon UK, still use standard shipping since it is still faster than Amazon US even both are standard shipping.

The rate you listed is only for per order. You need to add US$3.99 per disc in that order.

No. Can tell Amazon. Their will ask you whether want refund or replacement? Replacement will only send once. If still MIA, refund is the only option.

However, do note that some people abuse this system and take advantage of it, their account and credit/debit card will ban by Amazon.

Also remember to check region for Amazon UK's BD since UK is region B and Malaysia and US is region A.

You have to carefully check their region when you buy from Amazon UK. This is not Amazon UK fault, their are assigned in Region B thus of course sell Region B BDs.
