The latest one is, Casablanca (70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition Blu-ray/DVD Combo) and current price is $45.49 but no release date yet.

user posted image user posted image

This Edition is 3 discs set (2 BDs + 1 DVD). The previous Collector Edition is only 2 discs (2 BDs). Their are forcing some buyers to double dip or triple or more... rclxub.gif

This time their only release 50,000 set for this 70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition instead of 100,000 or 125,000 set. blush.gif

3. Inglourious Basterds $7.49
4. The King's Speech $9.99
5. The Departed $7.49
6. Watchmen $5.99
7. Super 8 $19.99
8. Se7en Digibook $10.99
9. The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season $17.49
10. The Killers: Live From The Royal Albert Hall $13.99
11. Moneyball (Blu-ray+DVD) $22.99
12. etc...

A lot of concert BD price reduced in this wave.

Andrewtst, are you going to get Casablanca (70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition Blu-ray/DVD Combo) on release date or next year's Black Friday? tongue.gif

I think since the number of set is 50,000 and I don't have any Casablanca in my collection, I will get it at release date. hmm.gif

I'm buying ur 15.99 green lantern. So happy this farmer laught at ppl.

Added on November 28, 2011, 3:14 pmAndrew & bro low, did u all buy World War 2 in HD & Vietnam in HD? I read good comments on Vietnam in HD.

I'm planning to buy Kung Fu panda 1 & 2 with Cantonese language, should I get the HK version?
*
I don't have World War 2 in HD & Vietnam in HD. I only got The World at War, a 1973 documentary for World War II.

I also order Kung Fu panda 1 & 2 boxset. But not sure US and UK version got Cantonese language or not. Yap, should get HK version. Unless you want to wait until I get my UK boxset and I will confirm with you. US boxset still need to wait for a while before it will release in market.

Very nice indeed. Tempted, but to avoid double dipping, I may wait till the end of the series. There are 7 books in the novel-series A Song of Ice & Fire, and if 1 book = 1 season, we should expect at least 7 seasons of the tv series (if ratings continue to be good). So like the Harry Potter series, I'll wait till it completes before buying the entire series. But that's just me .... smile.gif
*
shocking.gif Wow! So many series... than is my turn to hesitate and think twice first. hmm.gif

i dont hate digibook but only the way Warner produce it... the size is odd, the binding make it difficult to flip the pages & the worst: the credit part on the back has to be discarded once unwrap the plastic and the book left without any credits... rclxub.gif

Nowadays, no only Warner got Digibook, other studios also release Digibook. tongue.gif

*
Sure region free. I believe all BBC & 2|entertain titles are region free.

By the way, US also release Frozen Planet. Release 1 day earlier than UK. If you want, can check Amazon US. US release already removed. Now not sure still will release 1 day earlier or not. hmm.gif

Current price for US is $38.49 and UK is £24.97

Anyone knows if this is region free?

Is Harry Potter - The Complete 8-Film Collection [Blu-ray] [2011][Region Free] at £32.30 from Amazon UK a good buy compared to Amazon US?

Thanks.
*
That depend on how much you are willing to pay and how much you love these films. This set is not the most complete and expensive. I believe most complete and expensive is US version of Ultimate Edition Collection which has not release date yet.

QUOTE(aogu9204 @ Nov 28 2011, 10:12 PM)
tq bro, is it worth to grab it?? laugh.gif

If you like documentary for nature and life, yes. But if you no hurry and want to save money, you can wait for the price to drop. or wait until next year's Black Friday, Amazon US or UK may reduce price a lot for those titles just like this year.
