Assuming that I am planning for my house renovation. I am just wondering if it is really a mission impossible to get a matching tiles, or 100% the same time for a new house?

Let's assume I do get a similar or perhaps the same tile, the extended area with the newly laid tiles should be looking quite good and blended with the existing one?

my extension very easy...

1. extend the wet kitchen to the backyard - need to find the same wall tiles and floor tiles.

2. cover 1 door for the common toilet and the shared toilet in the 2nd/3rd bedroom due to feng shui - need the same wall tiles / floor tiles.

3. hack the living room sliding door entrance and its wall to install solid timber door - need only floor tiles

hope i will not run into troubles or colour mis-matching
