Well, if you're really desperate, there were tools to help you switch region (most progamers use it to switch regions for matches and such) but you'll have to dig it out somewhere.. i recommend looking at teamliquid's site
EDIT: also, obviously untested in this situation

Got some bug like the game will freeze while mission-ing ...
Alt + Tab out and return back to game will unfreeze it though ...
It's not actually freeze, still can hear sound and can click anywhere, just the animation won't move.

help i cant see any heart of the swarm at all ! only wings of liberty ! do i need to complete the WOL campaign only can start heart of the swarm ?
