Just saying, to us it looks like mixed priorities.The whole objective of doing chest exercises would be to fatigue and subsequently grow your chest right? In view of the main objective, it looks like you're letting the secondary compromise the main.
If you're working the chest, work the chest.
If you want a lean afterburn effect, go HIIT.
