Of course no. It doesn't come with headphones.
But it is claimed to have beats audio speakers.

How much is MSI GE620DX with FHD?

HP BeatsAudio mostly refer to the audiojack.

rm3299. the differences is msi using gt555 and hp dv6 using amd hd6770. and also msi got better screen resolution. im just still in dilemma to choose between gt555 or hd 6770. u know which one is better?

I was told the GT555 on MSI is a crippled version.
You need to verify this at the MSI thread.
If so, HP DV6 is better in terms of performance.

Y suddenly the model u mention HP Pavilion DV6-6001TX, become 3.4k instead of 2.6k? it is the same specs as u mention above.

Different specs & model, I supposed.
