guys,i am not sure whether i should post here or not,but still hope to hear some advice from you guy...

i recently (14-10-2011) bought a SGS2 throught uob instore,but sadly when i am trying to start to use the phone on 16-10-2011,the phone speaker suddenly stop working. I keep troubleshooting it (i even do factory reset) but still can't get it working. Then i send the phone to samsung service center at 18-10-2011 and was told roughly a week time for warranty claim. Today i call them and was told by the part is not available and need wait for one month. OMG i was so disappointed with this,its a new phone but still need wait for one month for warranty. What can i do so that i can get my phone back imediately?
