Getting some different views on how undermount sinks are installed. Some folks say you don't need clips as the weight of the countertop is enough to hold the sink securely in place. Specifically, why is it that Teka sinks sold in Malaysia for example do not come with the clips whereas the same sink sold in UK or US comes with clips? Anyone knows?

May put a waste disposal unit there and was concerned about how well the mount should be. Awesome folks on this forum
