Dear forumers,
Im now doing my master in international hospitality management in some private U. I need to do a thesis to fullfil the course, and probably make use in my future. to join the academic or consult the F&B industrial. Im thinking to do topic like: Food safety HACCP or Vacuum pack or Vacuum pack cooking help me, give me some idea how to narrow my topic or any other topic. Thank you so much much much !  |
