Im now doing my master in international hospitality management in some private U.
I need to do a thesis to fullfil the course, and probably make use in my future. to join the academic or consult the F&B industrial.

Im thinking to do topic like:

Food safety HACCP or Vacuum pack or Vacuum pack cooking

help me, give me some idea how to narrow my topic or any other topic.

i suggest you read existing literature to get a better grasp of the topic. then identify your motivation behind the topic and most importantly, the originality factor of your research. that is the most basic requirement of a masters degree dissertation
