Da sales went slow for some time... Mayb lack of awareness...
Some of my fren live around there oso dono about tis project...
But after we(agent) went in... V able to sale 40-50 units last mth... Going very fast...

Worgan : if the pricing is a problem v wont able to get 40-50 booking last mth, which is da 1st mth v involve... B4 v go in... Sales r slow for the remaining 120+ units...
Its true if u mean da bigger unit, price !
But if u look around... Tis price for condo is consider ok d... Between kuchai, sp & cheras la...
Abandon shop lot take over stil in progress, not confirm yet...
