I'm wondering if by any chance u think i could still grab for the Type D 9++sqf one during the launching day? Or maybe wait until someone whom fail to sign the S&P or gave up in between

I been looking for condo all over this few months but pretty sad i fail to grab most of them since the markup price was the fact i failed. Preparing for a home stay cos about to get marry soon so need to find a nest for it..

Where was the exact sales office located? I might only able to spare the time for this coming weekend . How much does the price you get in the TowerA, i afraid they already markup the price for Tower B...

I see how it goes, otherwise i might still have to spying around for other project which gonna release on next year. So far for Palace Court more Cons then Pros as my "Personal" opinion and main fact is for my homestay thus my consideration is much pathetic too.. lol
