I just found out they are in the midst of building a show unit (next to their office) but the take up rate is so good most units were sold off during a special pre-launch even before the show unit is ready. Small units are gone but I think the bigger ones like 1300sq still available for Tower A.

Tower B launch date is not confirmed. I will be getting a 936sq unit in Tower B. Thinking of investing as property in that area will surely go up.

There's a property expo at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre coming 5 & 6 November 2011. Will probably drop by and see whats available..

Visited Sunway Convention Centre for the Property Fair today. Yes - BHL only will absorb the S & P legal fees. Bank loan legal fees need to pay ourself or some banks actually waive it depending on the loan package we take. I think Hong Leong and UOB is on their panel..more banks coming on board..

No. I think maybe end of the month or early dec. Cause that's when the show unit will be ready and official launching is. No confirmation from BHL yet.

Wow.. Lucky to those who got a unit in Tower A.. Although price increase, Tower B will surely be snapped up once they open for booking. Anyone know of BHL other project USJ One Park? I believe the condo price also gone up substantially from the launching price..
