Krif is right....with the new ruling from Bank Negara, net income will be calculated instead of gross income...besides not all the bank will give 90% now as last time. They may selectively give 90% to strong financial holder. Poor ppl may find even that ougher to get loan. Some bank may not give loan below 100k. Get more quote from bank is necessary.

went to MAPEX fair yesterday at MV, heard from SA that Palace court selling price psft become 520-530/sqft now, so surprising !!! While Z residence and KR2 price now 420/sqft, no wonder price at Palace court increase so fast consider the nearer location to KL. Ppl who bought the first block at lower price shall be very happy now.

ya, the price surprised me too! anyone can confirm the price psft ? how many units left?

i remembered the zest price also increase from 200 psft till 380 psft from trinity.

The reason i guess is due to the price impact from remaining uoa condo units. Km1 n savanna is located at bukit jalil while palace court us located at kuchai lama. Why to compare that far?
