Hi everyone,
1.)Can we transfer the car ownership without settle up the remaining hire purchase loan? 2.)The current insurance with NCD able to transfer ownership to new buyer? 3.) When we settle up the remaining car loan, is it exclude loan interest and just pay the remaining principal will do? Thank You |

JPJ Samon must be clear before the ownership transfer, otherwise transfer can't be done. Anyone know about DBKL Samon ?
