I am car owner and i want to sell my car.
I did puspakom inspection and passed. Now the challenges are my road tax and insurance expired already. So in order to transfer the ownership, does the buyer need to buy insurance first? Or can i transfer the ownership first at JPJ (by doing biometric thingy) and let the buyer settle the insurance and road tax by himself later on. |
