wira_lover, thanks so much for this... absolute life saver! i managed to do the puspakom inspection myself and was very satisfied about saving the runners fees... i'm now trying to download the JPJ forms, but the link provided sends me to a 404 Not Found error page. i tried going to the jpj site myself and find, but they have kept it well hidden....anyone can help?
