I started to like soy milk less after I found out about the whole soy milk-thyroid relation.

last time everytime i come home from jogging, i drink soy milk.. i do this a lot then one day my throat hurts..

so i google, wat else then i found out about it, but of kos, being a lazy ass, i dont read much.. but it is related.. so now i still drink it, but not often.
