QUOTE(Nashraf @ Oct 21 2011, 09:33 PM) Guys, I just went to a Proton Edar showroom today to inquire on FLX CVT. The SA told me Proton is recalling all CVT model to fix a minor problem with the gearbox. So she told me that if I order a CVT variant right now, the delivery will be delayed a little bit. change to manual I was a bit confused because I have never heard of this 'recall' issue. Can anyone confirm? |

QUOTE(stanleypua @ Oct 21 2011, 09:40 PM) Mb so far I haven drive a car that so low low fc...... Fc never bother me, just felt that proton did a good job on this car. But bear in mind for those who want to purchase flx, engine oil is slightly expensive n for me I'm not planning to drive after 4 years as I'm not confident enough this car will serve me good after 4 years . i share my own experienceAdded on October 21, 2011, 8:41 pm Nope it is a rumour Bro. I'm so surprise that sa so stupid to say something to prospect who WAN buy cvt model. Stupid...... from full tank, first bar dropped at 56km i go and refill full tank it ATE ME UP 13L i never achieve the high fc b4 |

QUOTE(Nashraf @ Oct 21 2011, 09:51 PM) Exactly. I think that SA want to clear FL punye model than only promote FLX CVT. I asked for a test drive for the CVT and she asked me, "CVT Auto ke manual?" I was like "WTF? Bile mase plak CVT ade manual?" definitely manual will be more powerful + more optimum FC than cvt more flx modelBut on another note, I am undecided between Getrag manual and Punch CVT. Donno which one to choose although I have no complain driving a stick shift during a traffic jam. |
