This morning Proton (i-care?) called ask for my feedback, ask me to rate 1 (very unsatisfied) to 10 (very satisfied) about my experience when buying proton cars, like spirit of SA, speediness of car delivery, branch office condition, test drive experience, options of financing, etc. When I rate 4 (unsatisfied), she actually ask me to elaborate. So proton actually care about all this? When I say I don't have proton i-care & 24-hr assist number, got sms for the numbers.
Anyway just sharing, when I book the car, my SA ask me to sign agreement and tell me 'don't know yet when will get your car' but I demanded he provide me chasis number before sign agreement, because already call i-care, they said get chasis number before sign agreement. Got the chasis number, got the car 1 week after sign agreement.

i dont have chassis number. but i did sign the loan agreement actually, the SA sent my documents to bank and then bank contacted me. from there on, only me and the bank. my SA only did 2 things, play badminton when I came to his place to submit remaining documents that i forgot to bring earlier, and cancel appointment with me due to his son sick, which actually he never told me that he cancel..luckily i called him first that time, else went to shah alam for nothing.
