normally sg people always get the phone very cheap when signing up with a package, not like us here. even with package we still need to pay at least 50% from the phone's value. last time I bought my xt from a friend there, he only paid 60sgd for the phone.

this razr, with kevlar and splash coating summore, would be at least over 2k. it is built with premium stuff, not plastics like some phone that also cost over 2k. but motorola always gonna be motorola, their stuff will always be overpriced

good thing this time the razr's bootloader will be unlocked. we'll see what potential it has...

the phone itself has the ability to be unlocked but verizon chooses to locked it. as for other parts of the world, it will be unlocked, of course unless the telco provider wants otherwise.

my concern with this phone is the top ports. I believe they have no cover at all?

at least xt has covers for its usb and hdmi ports even though its not a water resistant device.

no worries tho, otterbox will sure come up with a slick casing that has port covers, hopefully.

I also quite worry about the size, its the same as galaxy nexus even though nexus has bigger screen. moto had to make it wide to achieve the crazy thin profile. I thought galaxy s2 already big but this razr is bigger

perhaps moto has something like a flip dual screen razr slim android phone in its lab, who knows?

I think I'm gonna wait until this razr got ics update first. enough time to save some money and for the phone to drop price.

considering motorola who always promises but never really deliver, my guess would be in 4 months time
