Just to share,
called up UOB Uptown branch and was told that there is this 3months promo going on now for after 4pm Fixed Deposit at 3.58%. The personnel said that once the cap has been reached (300mio) they will stop the promo. The earlier post that said 3m@ 3.88% is not true  |

weird thing,
i've checked my SCB account but the bonus interest for the month of December is still not in my account yet. anyone got theirs already? i need to withdraw all the money to be put somewhere else. aiyooo |

just a note who might not have known,
OCBC currently opens on the first weekend (saturday) of the month from 9am to 3pm innm...so whoever that thinks that FD withdrawal during maturity from home branch is a hassle..you can now go back there during weekends to do your banking...i think thats a good initiative by OCBC. |

fyi,
JP Morgan has a very nice dragon imprint on their ang pow this year. The ang pows imo looks classy and not too flashy (read: ah beng) although its with dragon imprints. |
