Damn.. this sucks.. so I register my warranty with brightstar AND SIS? but wouldn't sis reject cause I will have to attach my receipt which is issued by maxis?

Theoretically, lithium ion batteries does not have memory effect, charge till full tank enough ald. Additional charges will make the battery become "bigger" in the long term and it does not add any capacity despite "growing set".
The sis really accept it without much question being asked?  I recalled that both of them are different company.

yesterday i bought Sensation XL.

i wonder, Sensation XL can't make direct video call?

for example, on my Galaxy Note, if i view a contact information in my phonebook, there is a button for video calling, if i tap it, it will straight do a video call. but, i tried to make a video call using the Sensation XL, i just couldn't find any option to do it. then i tried use Skype. the Skype also appeared to don't have the video call button (in which, on my Note, there is a video call button). Then, i saw there is Tango app pre-installed in the XL. so i install tango on my Note. Using Tango, only then i can make video call between the two phone. 

i need some clarification here.. is Sensation XL can or cannot make a native video call? 

Been thinking to get this from digi since s2 out of stock. Just want to ask honest view from experienced user..what is the advantages of Sensation and drawbacks over S2?

Not really la, if you compare SGS2-G version, then SGS2-G version more laggy.

But if compare SGS2-non G version, then SGS2-non G version more snappy.

and it is not comparing Apple with Apple bcos Sensation runs on higher resolution than SGS2, I believe if SGS2's resolution = Sensation resolution, SGS2 will be more laggy.

And please be reminded that Andreno 220 is better than Mali-400 based on the statistics.

But SGS2-non G version have battery and heating problems.

And I dont understand why you say Sensation more laggy than Incredible S given the hardware and RAM is better than Incredible S.
