QUOTE(daisuke @ Oct 19 2011, 05:46 PM) sigh....tried 2nd time d...same thing happen.....im running W7 btw....any idea how to solve this problem? Restart your laptop, charge up your phone to full, then start the update and walk away from your PC. Leave it until it is done, don't do anything on the PC and make sure you don't touch the wire at all or move your phone during the updating process.

QUOTE(11768 @ Oct 20 2011, 02:41 PM) Just a quick and simple question: The yellow tint (my friend's phone is on left side) is a software or hardware detect? Updating the phone will help. Also, mine has the yellow problem right after starting up, then within seconds it is gone. If the problem still persists, use this: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.n...anslab.sa&hl=enand set it to blue +6 Added on October 20, 2011, 6:38 pmI just researched the Galaxy Nexus and found out something Interesting. The specs according to GSMArena: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_nexus-4219.phpIt says it run on the TI OMAP 4460 chipset And a quick google later : http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/wtbu/wtbu...templateId=6123Quote : ''Integrated POWERVR™ SGX540 graphics accelerator drives 3D gaming and 3D user interfaces'' Sounds a lot like the 'g' version... Hmm, I keep reading that leaving wifi turned on doesn not have any ill-effect on battey life. I do not use a data plan, so I am wondering if leaving wifi on at home will actually help. One guy even said that GPS can be leaved on, because it is only switched on when an app requires it, otherwise it is available but off...what do you people think?

Battery is at 17%, GPS on, Wifi on, phone in flight mode, Advanced Task Killer set to kill every 30 mins, all the Hubs frozen, Maps frozen, SPB weather update every 2 hours, most of the apps in the Market set to auto-update...if my phone is still awake by 9 tomorrow with 10% battery left, then I can conclude that leaving GPS and Wifi on has little to no effect!!

To everyone who wants to know how my little battery test went with GPS and Wifi switched on the whole night:
Initially had 17% left, after 9 hours, the battery dropped to 12%. SO everyone can leave their GPS and Wifi on without worrying...at most battery life will be a little shorter

QUOTE(deora @ Oct 21 2011, 11:54 AM) to all those ori samsung 2000mah battery user, may i know how's the battery's life like?..compared to the stock 1650mah battery. lets say if the 1650 battery can last for 1 full day, how long roughly can the 2000mah battery last?..another half day? Well, it has about 20% extra capacity. I do not think it is physically possible to last 50% longer
