aircond wiring is conceal?
try to prevent too much looping in kitchen area or where high power is needed

my contractor's quotation is as follows, not the cheapest though.

you could use as comparison.


- Hood point RM 90 / each
- Oven point (direct) RM 200 / each
- Stove point (direct) RM 200 / each
- Air-cond point RM 200 / each
- Down Light point RM 50 / each
- Wall Light point RM 80 / each
- Power point RM 90 / each
- Fan point with hook RM 80 / each
- Ceiling Light point RM 50 / each

bro your power point is pulling new point of looping?...its just looping new point, RM90 is pretty steep.

the downlight point is it includ downlight installation??

thanks for the price reference.

i think the price that a wireman quoted me is around the average market price, comparing with yours.

rm90 is for new point, he charges me rm50 for looping.

Ahwei81,
nope, downlight installation is not included.

after i have awarded the job to my wireman only i came to know that my friend's wireman from klang is only charging rm35 for down light point. the rest of the items also he charges significantly lower than mine doh.gif

i got a quote for dowlight point is rm40, then installation another rm10. I think i will let him do it...sometime the workmanship also another factor to make decision, what i feel is, if v press the contractor too much, den they wil cut this cut that...reasonable price shd b ok...contractor oso nd to eat ma tongue.gif
