dont worry..you can just buy it with cash... lets say you want to buy the N9 from digi with contract data plan..you are eligible to do so... its up to you whether want to pay by credit card or cash when purchsing the phone... i previously purchase a phone from digi with the data plan contract....PAID CASH... no problem.. and monthly bill just pay via cash at digi kiosk or any store.... if credit card needed..how they going to do business anyway??
